All of our products are made by the hands of master artisans and therefore one of a kind. They are yours and yours only.

All of our vintage and antique art pieces have been sourced ethically to the best knowledge of our team.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Shipping restrictions may apply.
When will my item(s) be shipped?
Shipping times will vary depending on shipping destination. Our team will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package has been shipped.
Customs & Duties
Please keep in mind there may be additional taxes and duties to pay upon arrival of the shipment to your country. Customers are responsible for said charges.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is not available at the moment.
Do you deliver to a PO box?
We are unable to ship to PO boxes for liability and insurance reasons. Please provide your full daytime delivery address as well as a contact phone number to ensure smooth delivery.
What should you do if your package is lost or stolen?
If the item has been marked delivered and hasn’t arrived within 30 days, and/or if your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at email@example.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue. Please note that Caravanserai is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service.
Do you accept returns?

How long will it take for me to get a refund?
It takes up to 30 days for our team to inspect and process your return once we receive the item. You will receive a refund notification once the inspection and refund has been processed. For more information, please refer to our Shipping And Returns page
What should you do if your item is damaged?
Although this is very rare, should your product not arrive in perfect condition, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the faulty product, and a member of our dedicated customer service team will advise on the best solution, including refund, replacement or repair options.
How do I initiate a refund?
Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a return.
Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe your lamp. Do not use steel wool or wire mesh.
Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners. Wipe with cotton wool moistened in detergent water. Never immerse low fired earthenware in water. They may have an unglazed foot rims or old cracks or chips which expose the porous surface beneath the glaze. Much safer to wipe them with cotton wool moistened with some mild soapy water.
All our Ghalamkar products are machine washable with low-speed tumble dry for daily use.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Currently we are accepting payments through Paypal, but you can use all major credits cards to complete your purchase.
For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. Caravanserai reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or with our other security criteria.
All taxes are included in the price of the product including VAT for european customers.
