Shipping information

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order time Monday – Friday from 9 am – 4 pm.

Carriers

We use a verified and reliable shipping company GLS for all our deliveries. Other preferred shipping couriers (DHL, UPS) can also be arranged upon request. For more information please contact us.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided on all orders. We will update you with the track & trace information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

All our shipping rates are calculated automatically according to your shipping address.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days (including the shipping time). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once you have decided to do a return, you have to first send us an email with detailed description of why you are willing to return your item. After your return request is approved by us (may take 2-3 business days), we will issue you a confirmation email where the return address is provided in that email.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where after inspection refunds are NOT granted:

Items with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please kindly note that 10% of the item total sale amount is deducted from your refund due to administration and processing fees.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

No exchange is provided by our store.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you at your return approval email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
